- Fees are negotiable depending on the age and size of the properties
- Cheque, cash or e-transfer due after inspection
- Extra charge will be applied to hard copy inspection report and postage
- Booking the appointment at least 2 days in advance
- Advance cancellation is required without charge otherwise a 50% charge of home inspection fee will be applied
